CONTACT LIST: Management of personal identification data for contacting clients, potential clients, and other professional contacts. Data will be retained while the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

CLIENT MANAGEMENT: Management of clients’ personal identification data in order to maintain the commercial relationship. Data will be retained until a request is made to cease such processing.

CLIENTS AND/OR SUPPLIERS: Management and control of client data to maintain the commercial relationship (including sending advertising related to our products and services by any available means, sending quotations for services and/or products, invoicing, and inviting them to events of interest). The data provided will be retained until you request the cessation of such processing.

CURRICULA VITAE: Management of curricula vitae and other information provided by candidates for job positions, and keeping them informed of job vacancies that arise within our organization and/or with clients who contract personnel selection services. Data will be retained until a job position is awarded or until the right to erasure is exercised. At all times, the candidate may object to or limit the scope of the processing of their data.

IMAGES: At various events, videos and/or images may be taken for the dissemination and/or documentation of the activity. Data will be retained while the dissemination of the activity remains relevant or until its cancellation is requested.
